Tour Bookers Forum 09/12/09 Meeting Notes

Hello there, and thanks to everybody who contributed yesterday to a very interesting first session of this forum.Lots of insightful tips around relationships with venues (particularly on how to deal with 'locked doors'), as well as a very honest debate on pricing and positioning.
